Renting DVC points and buying park tickets

I am a newbie to renting DVC points but my family is contemplating renting xxxxxxx. My question is in regards to purchasing park tickets. There are a few things I hope you can help clarify for me.

1. Can different parties in our villa purchase different tickets? My DH and I want a 7day park hopper but my aunt and uncle who have a small child were more interested in a 5day base ticket.
2. When we get park tickets are we given EMH privileges?
3. Are there advantages of purchasing park tickets through the DVC company we are renting from vs. Disney or another discount website?

If it helps know a little more information, the group would consist of myself, DH, DM, aunt, uncle and their little one (7 at time of travel). Some of us would be flying and others may drive.

DVC reservations are always BYOT (bring your own ticket). Even of you add a dining plan, you dont hae to buy a ticket direct drom Disney. Its fine if different party members have different tickets. The lobby concierge can add pre-purchased tickets to your room key, if that appeals to you. Each member in the party will need their room key for EMH access... For evening EMH, that currently means you show your room key at every ride entrance.

Right now, the only potential concern is that you might not be able to add a will call voucher to MDE for FP+ reservations. But an actual ticket like what UT mails you is OK.
