You should not, but you may have to save your toll receipts in case they charge anyway. If renting from MCO, I'd highly suggest the www.visitortollpass.com Will also save you half the toll costs.
The VTP that @EACarlson mentioned is your best option. Although there are still toll plazas in Central FL that take cash, they are slowing going away in favor of cashless tolling. With cashless tolling, if no transponder (e-pass (includes VTP), sunpass, e-zpass) was detected, they use a photo of the license plate to bill that toll. If the plate is registered to a rental agency, they get the bill and will charge your CC for toll plus fees.
We used the Toll Pass on our trip but are now being charged by Alamo for tolls. That department is not open today so will call tomorrow. I'm not sure why we had a double charge.
I have not seen a toll charge yet from visitorpass but I'm sure that is coming. We did get charged $10 for forgetting to return our pass.
It's a hang tag that goes on the rearview mirror. It only works on vehicles rented from MCO from one of the 10 companies that have their vehicles on site.

Thank you I'm going to order it. Only going to use tolls twice.....Going from Mco to Wdw and
back again. Is using this better than what the rental car charges?
If you are from a state with EZPass, you can BYO transponder. Ours worked fine. The hang tag might be easier since you don’t have to hold it up for the sensors.

Much. Depending on the rental car company, they charge anywhere from $5 to $11 per day, some on only the days you incur tolls, some on every day of your rental, plus the full cost of the tolls. With VTP, you only pay the transponder rate, which is usually only half the cost of the toll with no surcharges.

Yes, the rental car companies charge a service fee for each day you incur a toll. Some will charge you the fee for every day of your rental up to their maximum amount. Also, they have a tendency to not give you ant credits. Once, I got off a toll road to gas up, paying a toll for that part and then paying it again when I got back on. When I started using my Uni toll pass, I got a credit in the same scenario.
