Renting car for one day

I know Alamo and National are on Disney Property... What about Hertz or Avis? Are there free shuttles available? I'm just wondering since I'm trying to get the best 1-day rate and don't want to be restricted to the two on Disney property if I can get to the others easily with no extra charge.

Try the transportation board - lots of good tips and discounts there. I just set up a one-day rental on-site this morning using a recommended website. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of it with me - something like carrentalmamma.com ...... The on-site place will send a free shuttle for you and one to take you back to the hotel when you return the car. A lot of places in town wouldn't do that and I figured a cab ride would outweigh any savings......
