Renting bikes at VB

Has anyone ever rented bikes at VB? Did you notice if they had any kids' bikes with training wheels? We'd like to all go on a bike ride during our upcoming stay in May, but DD5 isn't a very good rider yet.

Also, are there bike trails at or near the resort that we could use? Last time we were at Vero my kids were too little to ride bikes so I didn't take any notice of this kind of stuff. I thought this trip it might be a fun family activity.

We rented bikes at Vero, but I don't know if they had any with training wheels or not. We took a nice trail across the street from the resort. It was beautiful and we had a blast, would definitely do it again!

Yes, they do have kids' bikes with training wheels. As jakenjess mentioned there is a trail. Across the highway (A1A) Disney has a lake, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is a little walking trail around the water and then there is a hike/bike trail that goes all the way to Pelican Island (8 miles). Disney has built a tunnel under the highway to get to the other side so you don't have to worry about crossing the street.
