renting bcv

Hi I am booking rooms at the bcv for march but can't do it until april. I am scared there will be no rooms. does this happen? Any advice would be welcomed, I'm taking a family of 12 for a reunion and really want to make sure everyone stays together. I know we get priority reservations but it seems like this might be a busy week. getting nervous. Thanks for any advice. first time can you tell?

Are you talking about the Beach Club Villas? That is a DVC resort. Yes, March could be busy depending on Spring breaks, but even DVC owners can't reserve any earlier than 11 months out. If CRO has any cash ressies available you should be on an even footing with everybody else.

If CRO does not have that much space available and you are talking about renting from an owner, again you are on an even footing with everybody else. If renting from a DVC person is the case, you might want to jump over to the rent/trade Board to find someone who owns at Beach Club Villas (they have an 11 month window) to set up the details. Then they can make a reservation for you as soon as that window opens

You shouldn't have any problem booking 11 months out. If for some strange reason you do, use the waitlist, it almost always works. Don't be nervous and have fun!

<font face="times" size="+0">hi charliejoes. you shouldn't have any trouble booking a March BCV ressie at the 11mo window. and even if you did, DVC has a waitlist system that works pretty well most of the time.
