Renting baby items pick-up drop off? Owners lockers?

Last time we rented baby stuff they would deliver to the resort, and then we could just have bell services bring the stuff to the room
We rented thru a baby's best friend before.

Same with return, have bell services pick up and then rental place would get it later.

So, there are preferred vendors wheel chair rentals that still allow pick-up and drop off with out you being there.

Is there a preferred vendor for baby stuff or do we just get stuck having to meet them?

Is there any change to the owners lockers? Are they still pick up and drop off thru bell services?
