Hello. Has anyone rented a rollaway for a BWV 1BR? We plan to stay for 10 nights (renting from DVC Rental Store) and will have 5 people. We would like to rent a rollaway bed from an outside company rather than use an air mattress (twin size). Wondering if anyone has done this and if you have any suggestions for a company to rent from?

Thanks

I haven’t rented a rollaway, but I’ve stayed in BWV 1 and 2 BR many times and would find it very difficult to find space for a rollaway in the living room if the sofa bed is going to be open as well, and there’s definitely not enough room in the bedroom. I don’t think an air mattress would take up quite as much room, which is why that’s generally the solution for the 5th sleeping surface in a 1 BR. Sorry.

Agree with this. We have spent 2 weeks in a BWV 1 bedroom since September. No place for a roll away bed. I would stick with the air mattress.

Okay thanks so much, I was picturing a bed at the patio/balcony door - moving the chair out of the way. But not needed anyway since we decided to go with two studios. The young adults can have their own room and privacy more that way. We'll miss the kitchen, but can still do the cereal, bagel, coffee thing for breakfast and will probably do sandwiches occasionally and the studio works great for that!

It would need to be very narrow since the end table next to the sofa is right up next to the window. You won't have room in that spot for a twin sized rollaway bed. The television cabinet takes up a lot of space so the chair is just kind of placed in the open space.
