We rented a reservation in Feb for Nov 30. Entered the reservation # into MDE, no problem. Now MDE says one of our reservations needs attention and can't find out what the problem is. They say to call DVC MS. It also won't let me do on-line check-in, offers to do it but says I have no reservation eligible to do that. Meanwhile that reservation is still showing with all the correct information.
My question is, what kind of reception will I get from MS if I call them with an issue with a reservation made with another member's points?
