So I have been looking at last minute deals with people selling their reservations. Why are there so many that are 1 or 2 nights? Somebody looking to book a vacation really is not going to want to stay just 1 night or keep moving rooms or resorts. Do people really have any luck selling these 1 night reservations?

My guess, and only a guess is they have points that are about to expire, they grab what ever they can get and now are trying to get some value from them

I figured that is probably the case. I am more wondering if they get people to actually buy these 1 or 2 night rooms. I have been checking several sites recently and I don't see those reservations selling but the longer ones 5+ days seem to go fast.

They do, yes.

If cheap enough, they all go fast!

We live an hour away and will definitely book 1 or 2 night rooms if they’re a good price. Lately though they’ve all been way too high for us

Yeah, I have noticed that some of them are crazy high. I have been seeing some for $20-$22 per point. Yikes.

We booked a few in august/September that were amazing! We stayed at GF in a lake view studio for 3 nights and it was $750!! I think things will slow down sometime next year (I hope)

I was just trying to justify another quick trip to see the gingerbread houses. LOL If I was able to find a few nights at a good rate I would probably book. But it has to be worth it since I live in the middle of the Country and it is a bit of a pain to get there.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a good deal 😕 I think there is still too much demand for travel right now. Dh is happy about it though lol

Hi.
Where are you seeing the 1-2 night dedicated ressies? I need a night in January.
Thank you.

I have been looking for a 1 night reservation for early March. I am kind of short on points for my March reservation at Kidani. so I was going to either rent a 1 night dedicated reservation or I guess book a value for the night. I have heard of others with 1-2 night reservations for before a cruise.
