Renting a condo or townhouse

Hi. Also posted on the review board, but I'm not sure how many check that part out, so:

Looking for a neighborhood recommendation for a safe neighborhood to rent a condo or townhouse Feb. and March, 2012. Part of the time, DH will be by himself, so I want a safe place for him to come and go while attending spring training games in central FL.

Windsor Hills, Emerald Island, Windsor Palms are all close to the Braves spring training venue. They all have a 24 hr manned gate. Crestwynd Bay is next to Windsor Hills. There's also Silver Lake, Orange Lake Resort and Golf Club, Bonnet Creek which is basically within Disney, Vistanna Resort and lots of others.
Here's a map of the area. Windsor Hills is #1, Em Is #15, WPalms #13 CrBay # 7, Silver Lake #19, Orange Lake is over top of #66 (it's a huge area), Bonnet Creek #118, Vistanna #114 Braves Training #112

Windsor Hills is great. Try www.disneyneighbor.com. The owners are great to work with and they have great prices.

Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms are so close to Disney and offer great accommodations. We felt very safe at both with our young kids.

Thanks for the info. We are considering becoming snowbirds from PA, and have never spent more than 2 weeks in florida before.
