Renters, MS and DME

Can someone remind me if renters can call MS to set up DME.

Renters can no longer call MS for anything.

Now once the the ressie is made you are more then welcome to cal ME to make any flight changes.

And your welcome

Even if you are a member and are renting points from another member...you still cannot make any additions to your ressie

But that makes sense because the person renting the points does not own them and should not have any control over the reservation.

Lisa, I should have phrased my response a little differently. What I meant to say was, you can't make any changes to the ressie even if it doesn't affect the owner of the points. Am I confusing the issue even more. ie- it wouldn't matter if you have 1 or 4 people in a studio, it doesn't matter if the renter requests a pool view or a woods view, it doesn't matter if a renter requests a non-smoking or smoking room. These things don't affect the ressie like say adding a day or putting 10 people in a studio

Got it! I had misinterpreted your "sad" smilie as a comment that you didn't think MS' policy made sense.
