Rental with Private Splash Pool

I am looking at Windsor Hills 3 bedroom townhouses with private splash pools (and actually have stayed in one of these units many years ago).
Are there any other condo complexes CLOSE to Disney that also offer private splash pools with the unit?

Margaritaville has some units with private pools, but I believe it may only be larger single family units.

I'm not sure if Paradise Palms still exists. It was very convenient to Disney and we had a brand new unit. I swore I would never do it again as our girls begged us all day to go back to swim!!!! Kidding aside, it was a GREAT stay. We spent the afternoon at Margaritaville before everything was open. We were visiting family who had rented one. It was beautiful and new. After looking at the pool complex I would never want to leave myself. It looked beautiful.
