rental van or not

I am traveling with a group of 10 (ages 5 to 67) over Thanksgiving week. We are staying at Wilderness Lodge. I found a great rate for a 15 passenger van and am wondering if it would help us get the park more quickly in the AM. I do not think we would use if for MK - since the parking is a bit away - but for the other parks. If it were just my group, I would just take the buses/boats...but for the whole group?

We would love to limit time waiting/walking if possible. Just do not know how much it would help.

Any opinions?

I really like having my car at Disney come and go as we want and no waiting. If staying at the wilderness lodge with ten people I would use the boats to go to the Magic Kingdom and the van to go to the other three parks. You can even venture out one day and visit Sea World or Universal.
