Do the rental strollers have cupholders attached?

Also, can I fit a diaper bag that attaches to the stroller handles (ala Skip Hop or Target/BRU versions) on the handle of the rentals?

I don't have the answers to your questions although I do not recall seeing cup holders attached.

I don't know how old your child is, but you might want to consider bringing your own stroller. I have done this a few times and it works out great! I have a basket underneath where I can store my diaper bag and back pack and I can still hang a couple things over the handles if I need to.

Also, you can gate check it before getting on the airplane. It makes life in the airport much easier as well.

Just a thought!

The strollers at the parks DO NOT have cup holders. They do have small mesh pockets where you might be able to put a bottle of soda or water (or 2). But that's about it.

Yes, I would think you would be TOTALLY FINE putting your SKIP HOP on the handle of a rental stroller!

Have you considered bringing your own stroller? That option ALWAYS works out best for us in the end. And your own stroller is probably MUCH more comfortable than the hard plastic of the rentals.

Aw c'mon guys! It's so hard to make a decision on whether to bring my own stroller or rent and just when I thought I was sure you are both telling me to bring my own!

I've been to WDW twice with my own stroller but now the kids are 3 & 5 and mostly walk. I thought having a 'fun' ride would be the easiest way to deal with kiddies that think they can walk further than they actually can.

I'm bringing my own stroller(s) for them to use around the hotel at night, etc. Hope this is the right decision.

If I had at least one that was 2 years old or younger I would definitely bring my own stroller into the parks.

Agree? Disagree?

I would rent a double for the parks for a 3 and 5 yr old. Just be prepared to carry them out of the park after returning the stroller, lol!

We rented a double for our 3yr old and 5 yr old last summer. I never would have done it but we had our infant with us and needed her full size stroller. My older two didn't fit in my double and personally, it was too heavy for me to push. Well, it ended up being the best decision I could have made. I loved the rental for my older ones!

I would definitely rent again. Their strollers are soooo easy to push and my kids loved being able to hop in and out. We used the net pockets for drinks without any problems as long as the drinks weren't really full.

I wouldn't rent for probably under 3 years. But for 3 yr olds and up, I really liked the rentals.

Oh, and we brought my maclaren umbrella stroller for my two older ones to share around the resort and outside the parks. I was glad to have that because they were exhausted from doing the parks and needed the stroller more than I thought they would outside the parks.

I have heard that I can bring my umbrella stroller and leave it at the stroller rental depot until I am ready to leave the park (while I rent one of theirs)...that would be fabulous so that I have something once we leave the park if they are tired.

We learned on our last trip you could give your stroller to the stroller rental for storage. This worked out great. They give you a claim ticket. It helped us out a great deal.

If I remember correctly the strollers have smaller pouches that will fit water bottles. We hung our diaper bag over the stroller handles and put our backpack on top of the sun canopy.

I think the rental stroller is the ideal option for kids your ages. The stroller itself has a net back that is great for a water bottle or drink with a cover. I don't know about the diaper bag you mention but we attach a backpack with a "faker climbing clip thing" (sorry I can't rember the name of them!). FWIW with a double you can just put the backpack/diaper bag on the top of the hood its sturdy enough.

Here is a link with pictures and FAQ's that should give you more info than you need.

Finally - yes on leaving your umbrella stroller with the stroller rental for getting to and from the parks and renting a double while in the parks. However, I wouldn't do it with an expensive stroller as they are kind of loosy goosey as in the "oh ok which one is yours" when picking up, or at least they were with my SIL in Dec. She was using a freebe she got at BRU with another purchase so it wasn't of great concern to her. It was great however for my 2yo dear neice to and from the resorts etc and then she rented a double as my nephew is just three. The double in the parks was perfect for them as the kids could get in and out themselves and were able to rest as well as see everything. It was also very easy to push compared to her double she uses at home.
