Rental rates

I am beginning to agree with those owners/renters who feel we need to increase the cost per point for rentals. Prospective renters seem to feel some sort of entitlement- lately I have read many "I am only willing to pay $10/point" posts. There is even one person who will only offer $5/point because he wants to rent over the weekend when points are doubled

Perhaps like DVC, we should put our heads together and set up a rental rates chart: so much for 11 mon windows (higher rates for BWV/BCV, of course), so much for short notice/expiring points, etc.

They may not get many replies / offers, either.

All I have to say to that poster is "good luck with that". More power to him if anyone bites on that, LOL.

Have to say "good luck with that", too. There are way too many owners out there to make something like that stick and renting points at $11 or more is too much for some seasons and not enough for others.
