Rental house recomendation?

I am taking a group of 28 to disneyworld. This is a school trip, so we are difinitely on a budget. I'm planning on renting 2 houses. Which rental community would be best? I'm not really worried about clubhouses, playgrounds, community pools or any other community amenities.

There's some 7 bedroom homes in Crescent Lakes which is a little further out but maybe less expensive than Emerald Island.

The company we rent from only focuses on a few newer communities and they have 6 and 7 bedroom homes next door to each other. Florida Leisure.com is the web site and we love the 6 bed we stay in on Cumbrian Lakes.
