Rental Home Recommendation?

My family is looking for a recommendation of a rental home in the WDW area. We've stayed at a couple of homes over the past few years and I'm very familiar with VRBO, FlipKey, etc. However, some additional family members have some specific requests for the trip this year and I'm having issues with finding a home to meet their specifications. I'm looking for a 4+ bedroom home with at least 3 bedrooms that have queen or larger beds, a game room with a pool table (and hopefully other games as well), a private pool, and a separate heated hot tub (this one is the biggest issue). I've looked through hundreds of homes on VRBO, but the problem is that their search filter for hot tub includes pools with attached bubbling spas. I'm looking for an actual heated hot tub that will run 100+ degrees. Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can give!

We rented Secret Star Villa in Windsor Hills. Yes, the hot tub is attached to the pool, but it got HOT after you turned on the timer (definitely 100+ degrees.)

The question is How much are you willing to pay per night ?

How much are you willing to pay for pool heat ?

How far away from Disney Area do which to stay ?

$150-200/night (including taxes and fees)

The trip is mid June, so unless the heat cost is for the hot tub, it won't be necessary.

Ideally we'd be in the "minutes from WDW" area, which I would say includes places like Indian Creek, Windsor Hills, etc.
