Rental Home Help

OK, so I'm considering a rental home. I'm not sure where though. I need advice on neighborhoods mostly, but I'll take specific recommendations on houses or rental companies.

My desires:

• I want something close to Disney. No more than a 10 - 15 minute drive; less is better.
• I need at least 3 bedrooms (if each room can sleep 2--we're a family of 6). More bedrooms are fine too.
• I want a driveway since we drive; makes it so much easier to pack and unpack.
• if it takes pets that can be a bonus. Only because our dog is super well trained (not even a barker unless something is wrong), and boarding can cost a fortune. But this is just a bonus. Even if it does, doesn't mean we'll take the dog.
• The place also needs to be clean and in good shape (duh!).

Hi. There are a few good sights I like. I would suggest looking at www.VRBO.com its a great sight. Here are a couple more you might like. They are sister properties Hills being a bit newer than Palms. Both have anything from 2 bedroom condos to 6-8 bedroom homes. Ive staid at Hills in 2009 it was wonderful and will be staying at Palms this friday.

We are staying at a 3 bed 3 bath tonwhome with full washer dryer, kitchen, pool for $685 for the week of June 10-17. I couldnt beat that price anywhere. We are renting from www.orlandosecret.com. The owners are very nice and on top of things have had no complaints.

Both Hills and Palms have movie theater, playgrounds, sundry shop, olympic size pools, and are gated communites. If you rent a 3bed 3 bath twnhome they have a private splash pool, and the homes are privately owned pool homes.
