rental Communities Near Sea world

Hi all
First trip not going to Disney, so not staying on site. Soo many choices and I do not really know the area.
So looking for a rental for 5 people, 2 to 3 bedrooms...could be condo, townhouse or home. Which communities are closer to Sea world? Need a nice pool, slides possibly lazy river? Which Web sites to search?
Also we are flying in/out via Tampa, if that makes a difference.

You would have to look into a timeshare or resort, there are no short term rentals allowed in Orange County. They are only allowed in Osceola or lake, which are closer to Disney. I hope this helps

Can you suggest any that would be suitable? A 20 minute drive to sea world is OK.

Blue tree resort, Grand Villas, Cypress Pointe Hilton Grand Vacation club, Sheraton Vistana, Grand Beach. Just to name a few. The first 4 would be the closest. With Hilton grand vacations at SeaWorld or Hilton PARC Soleil. The back exit from grande villas and blue tree maybe 7 min drive.
