Rental cars????

I understand that all rental car companies at LAX are off the airport property(if wrong let me know). What companies are the best in shuttling you from the airport to their rental car agency and procesing your car rental??? WHich ones handle this the best?? Which would you avoid for whatever reason??? Their doesnt seem to be a great difference in price and he have the possibility of getting deals with most major rental car companies.

I usually stick to the bigger, more well-known companies. I've used Budget, Avis, and Alamo, and they've all been about the same in terms of shuttling and service.

We used Alamo last time because they had the best rate but have used all the majors in the past. I haven't had any negative experiences with any of them so I would go for the best price.
