Rental Car

My fiancee are looking at going on a cruise, then spending some time at WDW for our honeymoon.

We'd like to have a car while at WDW, but obviously don't need it until we're done our cruise.

So, here's the questions... How do we:

a) get from MCO to wherever DCL sails from (say... where *does* DCL sail from?)

b) rent a car? do we rent where the cruise returns to, or somehow get back to WDW and rent a car there

c) return the car? can we return a car we rented at the cruise return locaiton or WDW at MCO?

Thanks for any help... I apologize if this has been covered. I looked around on the boards and haven't seen anything yet.

When you get off the cruise ship, you can get a car from Budget or Avis. Just book the car before you leave home. There are shuttles form the port(Canaveral) to the rental car offices. Hope this helps!

We are starting with our cruise and then spending 8 days at WDW. We originally thought about taking the cruise bus from the airport to the port and then back to the airport after the cruise to get the car. The cost was a wash for the 3 days we will park the car at the port with the car rental and the port parking charge. So we're renting the car so we don't have that stress of getting back to rent the car afterwards. This way we will probably go to KSC to take another tour since we will disembark the ship early. We will probably go to Ron Jon's again too.

Hertz is located out there and has a shuttle too.
