Rental Car ??'s

We have never rented a car before as we usually use towncar/van services but I'm finding this year it is cheaper to rent a car to go from the airport to Universal for three days and then drop off the car at Disney and use ME back to the airport. If we pick up the car at the airport and drive over to the Royal Pacific (and leave it parked for three days as we wont need it) then drive to POR at Disney then where do we drop the car off? How will we get back to POR? Also, Disney never asked me if I wanted to use ME at all. Do I call them and let them know I would like it only for the return trip back to MCO? Do you think it is worth it to save about 40.00 renting a car instead of using the towncar companies? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm a little confused.

If you are renting from National/Alamo you could drop the car off at the Car Care Center near MK. They have a shuttle that could get you back to your resort.

Having a car is great. Yes you would need to contact DME and sign up for the return trip.
