Who is a reliable company to rent from and are there any rental car codes out for July? Need to rent a car in July from an airport in North Carolina--not sure yet if it will be Charlotte or Raleigh.

You can usually find codes and coupons good thru end of yr on any warehouse club website you maybe a member of. Entertainmement book has some in book and on website, try mousesavers under rental car those codes work for any airport unless it's a special fl code.

as for companys I've personally used: Alamo, Budget, Avis, Enterprise

My favorite would be Alamo followed by Budget
I find enterprise to be to pricy but your millage may vary.
