Rental car question.

We will be at PBR 9/26-10/4. On the 29th we are going to MNSSHP. We were going to use Uber, but then decided to book that night at the ASMu resort and then return to PBR the next morning. I want to rent from Hertz at PBR for 1 day. Should I book it directly through Hertz and does anyone know of any discounts I could use?

We decided to not stay at WDW the night of MNSSHP, but we want to use a rental car to get back and forth. How long does valet at PBR stay open to return the car that evening?

Someone should be there for valet
People check in after midnight at times and staff is there for services for valet parking
