Rental Car Help Please

I'm going to Orlando for a work conference. During the conference I will not need a rental car. However, my dh and kids are coming on the last day of the conference for a family vacation. I need a rental car to pick them up at the airport. I can jump on a shuttle and rent a car at the airport, but the shuttle is $20. Are there any rental car companies that will deliver the car to the hotel? We're going on a Disney cruise afterward, so I need to return it to Cape Canaveral instead of at the original location.

What hotel are staying at? Most convention hotels have a car rental desk.
