Rental Car Fuel Charge

we went down on the 10th and returned on the 19, we only had to fill the car before returning it and no other time, we did lots of driving to wdw, universal, seaworld, old town etc, i filled up for 19bucks, i would not do the pre option there are lots of gas stations, it will come out cheaper to do yourself

When we rented from Dollar last week, I was told that they would charge us $4.99 per gallon if it wasn't full.
