Rental Car from Sanford to WDW

We are flying into Sanford for a 7 day trip to WDW in August staying onsight at the Port Orleans Riverside Resort. We want to rent a car for the trip from the airport to the resort and rent one again for the trip back. From what I understand the rental companies are located at Downtown Disney. Which car rental company would be our best bet.

We are renting from National when we fly into Sanford on May 22nd. We found a nonstop flight from Wichita to Sanford. We are going to drop the car off at the Dolphin when we are finished using it. We are flying home out of Orlando (MCO) but just taking Disney's Magic Express to the airport.

I'm renting from Alamo....economy car picking-up @ Sanford Airport July 20th....dropping off at the Car Care Center @ WDW July 21st.....fees and taxes $41.75
