Rental car drop off and testing

We’re renting a car from MCO and returning to Budget at port. My hubby has a 90 day recovery letter. Could he drop the rest of us us off at the port to get tested and then return our rental car? He would take the shuttle to port and meet us. Any issues or recommendations for doing this doing this?

When you go to your testing booth, they'll expect everyone on the reservation to be there.
