I need to make some decisions and get a car spoken for I guess. Car Care Center is currently out of cars for 5/12 so I am looking at Avis at Hilton Disney Springs. We just want to go to Cocoa Beach for the day, especially my DD22.
DH hates driving on vacation, especially through city. This is why we go to WDW and let Disney do the driving. DD22 has lived in a city for almost 4 years now and is not bothered by the idea of driving through Orlando.
Just wondering how to book. We would be using our credit card so can I just book under DH and add her as a driver while there? Rather than actually booking in her name? I understand there would be an underage surcharge. Mousesavers says Avis is generous with allowing extra drivers.
Another question, should I go for the Pay Now option to help ensure a car is available? I might want to cancel if someone comes available at Car Care just because I think a shuttle would be easier than transferring through Disney Springs. We would be dropping off next morning and then trying to get to Epcot.
