We have never rented a car before but for our upcoming trip in a few weeks we are doing so. Reasons: little bit up there in age so less exposure, don’t have to wear mask in the car on the way to the parks. Can also get groceries for our DVC villa.
My question is: what time can we get in line at each park to get into the parking lot, as in how far before the park officially opens? We are not opposed to waiting as we bring a book, but don’t want to get turned away. Any downsides to doing this?
Side note: we won’t spend much time at HS, we know it is crazy there. Our goal typically is to do the parks for a few hours and then go back to the resort for pool time, may or may not go back to park later in afternoon. We are there for over two weeks so plenty of time t do anything we want.
