Rental by Universal

Last time we went to Florida, we rented a wonderful pool home in Windsor Hills. This time we are tagging along w/ DH for a business trip. He will be going to the Rosen Creek Resort (by the Convention Center) on Universal Blvd. for the conference. I would like to stay in a condo/townhouse/home that is in that area and rent by owner again. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

Vista Cay resort is right beside the convention center. The Rosen Creek is very close. This resort was designed by the same company that did Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath for around $100 a night in early December. I found it on VRBO.

Thank you both for the helpful posts. I've put in an enquiry for Vista Cay. It looks like that would work well for the conference. I just wish they had private pools.

I'm using the computer and free internet in my condo. This condo is gorgeous. We have stayed at Windsor Hills also and this place is just as nice. Our condo has 2000 sf, huge plasma TV's and DVD players in every room, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, the whole nine yards. We are in heaven. And yes, it is right by the convention center.

I'm glad to hear you are pleased with Vista Cay. I just reserved a 3 bedroom condo there yesterday. If you have any tips when you get back, I'd love to hear them.

Is the Publix open yet?

I think that the publix is now open, I saw a pic of it at a facebook group but was in a lengugge I couldnt understand (seems norway).
Vista Cay is nice and well located, we been there last January, they do have an owners direct site http://www.vistacayrent.com
