Rental Agreement on the Dis?

Is there somewhere you can print out a rental agreement here on the Dis?

I'm looking into renting out my points but would like to get more info on what the agreement should be.

No, AFAIK, there is no "sample rental agreement" here on the DIS.

Perhaps some of the posters who rent out their points or some who have rented points will post samples of what they used.
