Is any one going to see RENT!! There performing the 1st - 6th in Orlando!! I cant wait, this is going to be the first time we see it live!!

Cool!! I saw it on Broadway and it was amazing!! Be prepared for a lot more f-bombs than in the movie though - they toned it down to get a PG-13 rating. The stage version is definitely an R!

I have the final Broadway performance on Blu ray and its amazing! they do curse a lot, but hey its NY...lol

What a coincidence... I just watched that performance on DVD yesterday. It is really amazing. Love the bows with the original cast and Seasons of Love! Although I am a major broadway musical/theatre junkie... Rent is one show I have never seen live. The last show I saw was Evil Dead: The Musical. Very funny... the Rocky Horror Picture Show of live theatre.

Well... it ain't no "Les Mis," that's for sure!! But, it is quirky, rude, bloody and lots of fun!! You can check out bit and pieces on YouTube but it doesn't really do it justice. Ridiculous fun. Put it this way, we are in our mid 40's and were pretty much the oldest patrons there. Oh well. Age is relative... it's okay if we are just really immature, isn't it?
