Rent/Trade Board Not Visible

Is there a minimum post requirement to access the DVC Rent/Trade Forum? A friend of mine just joined the DIS boards but said he didn't even see the Rent/Trade forum at all in the DVC section. I know there are minimum requirements to post a new thread on the Rent/Trade forum (50 posts over 6 months) but I couldn't find anything that mentioned a minimum post requirement to even view it.

Interesting. Could have sworn he did that yesterday but it didn't show up. He just tried again and it was there. Thanks.
