Rent points/Success & Bad experiences?

I hope I have posted this on the right board...Sorry for duplicate post on Rent/Trade board.


Three questions.

How easy is it to rent/ transfer 50 points with a 7 month expiration on this board at $9-10 point?

Are BWV points worth more?

Has anyone had a bad experience renting points to a third party?

Just to get an idea whether or not this aspect of DVC is something I may use.
