Our home resort is Beach Club Villas, but the points can be used for any DVC resort. Points available immediately for rent only.

Beach Club can be booked 11 months out, other resorts 7 months out. Points must be used by January 31, 2013. Asking $11.00 per point. We have 37 points left for rent.

We have been DVC members since 2002, but recently had a baby and are unable to go this year.

Hello stargazertechie,

I checked with DVC and they do not have a Beach club studio available for last 2 nights (11/22 and 11/23) of your 11/17-->11/24 trip at this time.

They do have a one bedroom at Beach club for that week , which would be 211 pts.

I can not book other DVC resorts until 7 months out so that would be April for a November trip.

I am not sure if you are a DVC member already if yes, would you be interested in a point transfer? Alternatively If you wanted the 1 bedroom, I could borrow the additional pts to get to 211 if you needed them.

They have availability for a Beachclub 2 bedroom on the day you mentioned. I can book or do the transfer as you indicated. Let me know if you are still interested and we can proceed, transfer is probably preferable, but we can go either way.
