Rent from Budget lately?

I booked a car with Budget for our December trip, they were a lot cheaper than the rest. Has anyone rented with them lately? Budget came up about $300 cheaper than National & Avis.

Hi yes, we have booked with budget got what I thought was a great deal. Renting for 14 days, pickup tampa international, drop off Orlando international.

Called today to reconfirm booking asking that they add a non smoking request to reservation and also to change pick up time. Then I reconfirmed rate , I was advised rate $376.48 taxes included for an intermediate for the full 14 days, I told them that is not the rate I have with my confirmation, which I advised rate was $274.58 all inclusive. I was then put on hold for around 5 minutes. Then the customer service person came back and apologized for the delay and the error. They have now given me the rental for $252.58 for full 14 days taxes and everything included. As well as an upgrade included.

This is true customer service, Hats of to Budget!!!
