Rent for DCP housing

How much of a difference is there between the 2 and 3-4 bedrooms in Chatham? Is it pretty much the same, is it bigger, etc.

It would have to be a little bigger because of the extra room of course. But if it's like Vista they are all set up the same pretty much regardless of the number of rooms.

I love it in Vista. I have the most awesome roommates and people are generally real nice- one of my roommates had the opportunity to transfer to Patterson and didn't because he loved it with his roomies.
