rent ecv in one park...none available in next park

If I rent an ECV in Magic Kingdom, and then hop to Epcot, and they have no available ECV's would they give me a wheelchair free of charge, or do I have to pay for another rental?

Hope to get a response tonight!!! Leaving Tomorrow AM!!!

I have seen them give wheelchairs as alternatives..

I would ask if they have any in back that are being charged. I heard them tell people that it takes 3-4 hours to recharge. Maybe one is almost ready to go and a few minutes wait would be worth the trouble.
