rent car or take taxi to Disney Outlets?

I was trying to decide to either rent a car for the day or to just take a taxi to the Disney outlets. We are staying on Disney property, and will not have access to a car. Does anyone know approx how much it would be for the taxi ride? I looked into taking the mears bus, but I would have to take one bus and them get onto another. It will take me about an hour and a half to get there according to the trip planner on their site. My time at Disney is precious and I don't want to waste it sitting on a bus! Please help

How many people are gping with you? You could get a small car and that way you could drop your bags from each store in the car or you could hit more than one outlet store. I would rent the car! You can get there when you want and leave when you want!

We went to the outlets for the first time last week. We booked FL TOURS, a DIS sponsor. I think it was $50 but not sure since we use them for the airport as well and we got one inclusive bill. We've used FL TOURS for years and recommend them.

I too am wondering how I should try to get there. We were planning on driving down to WDW. Now we are flying so I might have to look into a rental car too.
