Can you rent a wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) at Islands of Adventure and return it at Universal Studios?

Can you rent a wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) at Islands of Adventure and return it at Universal Studios?

If you leave a credit card deposit you can rent at one park and return at another. If you leave a cash deposit, you will need to return the ECV to the park you rented it at in order to get your cash deposit back. (The cash stays at the original park.)
