Renovations at Dolphin

Does anyone know what floors are completed at the dolphin?
I would like to request a certain floor, if possible. We have a standard view.

I believe they have just started & they are starting with the ground up. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

That's what we were told when we were there to make arrangements for a December trip......

That was during March, and they hadn't started renovations yet. I was told that they would start on the 1st floor and work their way up. I was told that the renovations would not be finished by the time we planned our trip (12/22), so we made other arrangements.

All I can tell you is that they haven't reached the sixth floor yet, but faint pounding noises could occasionally be heard last week when we stayed there.
