renovation at CSR

i thought i read somewhere that they are remodeling the cabana section . is this true?

I don't know about the Cabanas section, but they are building a new addition to the convention center.

I read a few months back that they were going through each building, painting and adding new bedspreads/curtains. At that time they were in the casitas section. They could be working on the cabana buildings now.

We were in Cabanas 8A in October...it looked like it had just been re-done. We could smell the new carpet and it was definitly brand new. The bedspreads looked new as well and it looked freshly painted. They did come in one day & painted the a/c cover (but left a cute sign saying "wet paint" with donald and a paint brush on it...of course it made it's way back home with us ...great souvenir).
