Renewing vows - can it be done at the Wedding Chapel?

Yes, a vow renewal is exactly the same as a wedding, you can choose a custom or intimate and the only difference is the licensing issue.

hiwaygal is right. The biggest decision in disney's eyes is whether is is custom or intimate (not a wedding vs renewal), there are different venues available depending on custom or intimate. The WP is available for both types, but to have WP with an intimate is costs more than the other packages.

They only schedule intimate's at the WP on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

To use the WP on a Fri Sat or Sun, you have to have a custom VR

Renewing vows - can it be done at the Wedding Chapel?

Mjkaferle5, as the others have stated, the answer is yes. My husband and I renewed our vows last October for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had an evening ceremony inside the Wedding Pavilion. It was lovely. (If you'd care to read about the planning of my vow renewal, click here).
