Renewing Connections for after 5/03, and ??'s

I cancelled my Connections membership after our 1/03 trip. Now I hear that they have even better vouchers with some of the finer restaurants listed. Could someone answer the following for me?

1. Can I "renew" my membership?
2. What is the phone number for connections?
3. What are these new restaurants and when do the vouchers expire?
4. How much are the vouchers?
