Hi everyone!

I have to renew our APs this week and have 2 questions that I hope someone knows the answers to. :goodvibes

1. I would prefer to renew them over the phone - (the computer and I do not get along too well :badpc: ). Is there a specific phone number to call? I always use the 1-800 number when calling Disney - can I use that?

2. Also, do I receive a new AP, like in the mail? During our last trip, the ticket really got worn (lots of FP machines :teeth: ) and I could really use a new ticket. Is that something I need to specifically ask for or do they automatically give you a new one? :thumbsup2

Thanks in advance for the help!

I believe you can renew over the phone. You would get a new AP.

When re-newing the AP, you can do this over the phone, you'll receive a voucher in the mail ( which will be active already from the date you re-new), and when you go to Disney, you will need to have the voucher exchanged for your actual ticket.

So where do I take the voucher then? :confused3

Sorry for the confusion. We used old park tickets to combine into an actual pass last time. The voucher thing is new to me.

We are staying at the Pop Century. Is this something that they can do there for me or do I have to visit an actual park? What about Downtown Disney - is there somewhere there to exchange it? :thumbsup2

Take the voucher to any Guest Relations locations (yes there are 2 locations in Downtown Disney. One in the marketplace between Team Mickey and Arribas Brothers glass, and another location on the West Side, next to Wetzel's pretzels) or any THEME PARK ticket vending location. Unfortunately, the resorts can't handle any annual pass transactions.

Does it matter that I'm renewing it now (b/c it expires the end of this month), but we aren't going to use it until November. The voucher will be good for the whole year, right?

If your current pass expires on May 30, 2006, your renewal would expire on May 30, 2007. Because it's a renewal it will only cover one year from the date your last pass expired.
