Renewing AP and UpGrading it..

I think we are going to renew our AP's but want to upgrade from a preimer to a preimum (rough for the spelling challenged lol)

Anyway do we get to pay the renewal fee for the upgraded pass, or are we basically starting off fresh?

I believe you would pay the difference between the renewal rate and the Premier rate.
