Renewing Annual Pass question

Hi, we had an annual pass, that we used this past summer (and in Oct). So when we came home, I knew it was no longer valid (not going until next summer), so I tossed it, not realizing if you renew it, you receive an additional 20% off. If I called Universal, would they be able to help me with that, or is it a lost deal? I see when you sign in on line to renew there is a # on the card you need, which I no longer have since it was tossed.

I would call and ask to be connected to guest services. They should be able to help you.
 
Worth a try! I think it has to be renewed within a certain amount of time after expiration.
 

When renewing an AP, does the 12 months start immediately after the old AP expires or on the first use of the new AP? I assumed it started immediately, and did not renew because we did not have plans to return for at least 6 months. No need for us to pay 80% and only have a pass good for 6 months...
