OK,Here's one for ya. My AP is set to expire on 11/2/08. Now if Disney follows suit as they did last year and increases prices in August this year, here is my question,,,, Can I get a voucher for the current renewal price of $335 and hang onto it until my current AP expires and then turn in the voucher for a new AP? ºOº

No. You cannot get a renewal voucher. You can only get the renewal rate for an AP within 30 days on either side of the expiration date, and then it must be for a live ticket.

I just renewed mine (put it in the mail today as a matter of fact). The savings of a renewal over a new pass was $40. If you think the price of a renewal is going to go up over $40, you could get a voucher for a brand new pass now. But I don't think that's going to happen.

I may have been a glitch in the system but I was able to renew my AP in August, just before the price increase, and my AP didn't expire until the end of November.

Well.... for one of the most recent price incrases (not the last one the one prior) I booked my "renewal" about 3 months in advance to avoid the increase. It worked just fine. Old one expired 8/1 and new one was effective 8/2 (dates made up)

Now last time I just bought a "new AP" as there was going to be a gap between vists so that made more sense.
