Hi
We have 1 AP and 1 power pass both expired in nov next year, As I am visiting again in May I want to take out 2 new passes. However, can I simply call the passholder line and pay the full price and get my 2 cards reactivated, or will I have to go through the hassle of getting a temp card then going to Vacation services and getting a new photo and card?

I understand I will have to pay the full price as its been too long since they expired, I just dont particlally want to stand in the line to get a new card again!

No they won't be able to reactivate the card if it has been expired for 6 months. They can only do that for a renewal. Since you will be buying a brand new AP, you will have to start all over with a new picture and a new AP.

Thanks
I will prder 2 new ones and will have to get my pic taken again :)

Shame they cant re-activate the old ones, would save them a bit of money and me a bit of time LOL
